Narinder Deo, RN, BSN, MSN
Nursing DirectorNarinder’s healthcare career spans more than three decades, but senior living has always been her passion. She makes it her personal responsibility to make sure residents have someone available, day or night, to talk to if they need anything. Her philosophy is that “engaging with residents is about actively listening and sharing in the decision-making process.”
David LeConey
Food & Nutrition DirectorDavid started his career training with a local chef. He enjoys sharing his culinary experience with the food and beverage team just as much as he enjoys interacting with our residents.
