Hannah is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator who is passionate about caring for older adults and enjoys serving the residents of Autumn Leaves. She graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and a secondary degree in Long-term Care Administration. She earned her master’s degree in Aging Administration from Wichita State University.
Narinder’s healthcare career spans more than three decades, but senior living has always been her passion. She makes it her personal responsibility to make sure residents have someone available, day or night, to talk to if they need anything. Her philosophy is that “engaging with residents is about actively listening and sharing in the decision-making process.”
Having firsthand experience helping her mother find the perfect independent living community and later helping her transition to assisted living, Carol has a unique perspective and can support residents and their families during this important adjustment. She enjoys helping seniors find their new home.

Joie’ plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for residents and families in need of skilled nursing or short-term rehabilitation services. She navigates families through the admission process and provides the necessary support to ease their transition. In her off time, she enjoys shopping, traveling, ax throwing, and spending time with her kitten.
David started his career training with a local chef. He enjoys sharing his culinary experience with the food and beverage team just as much as he enjoys interacting with our residents. Being open to feedback and suggestions from residents helps him understand new ways to provide an enjoyable dining experience.
Diane has over 17 years in the health industry and has been a member of the Autumn Leaves team for three years. She has an associate degree in business and is a Certified Business Office Manager.
