Meet our caring senior living staff:

Linda Carcano, Executive Director

Executive Director

Linda’s passion to work in rehabilitation started with her grandmother. Watching her regain her independence after rehabilitation was truly inspiring. It’s her goal to help seniors live long and healthy lives in an environment such as Autumn Leaves - a community that is full of fun and welcoming staff members.

Edna Jenkins, Independent and Assisted Living Marketing Director

Independent and Assisted Living Marketing Director

Edna began her career in the senior living industry while in Topeka. After moving to Texas in 2013, she received her Texas Administrator License and served as an Executive Director before changing paths and pursuing a career in Sales. Edna’s passion is to go above and beyond to make someone know they are loved, valued and have purpose.

Patricia Williams, MDS Coordinator

MDS Coordinator

Patricia has been a nurse for 8 years and a member of the Autumn Leaves team for 3 years. She is most proud of her son who serves in the United States Army. Patricia enjoys spending her time off with her family and friends.

LaQuitta Fennel, Medical Records

Medical Records

LaQuitta is one of the newest members of the Autumn Leaves team. In addition to Medical Records, LaQuitta also serves as the Central Supply clerk ensuring the nursing staff have the supplies needed to care for those entrusted to us. She is also a Certified Nurse’s Assistant which she says assist her role.

Marneca Hodge, Independent Living Program Manager

Independent Living Program Manager

Marneca is the youngest of the Autumn Leaves leadership team. Marneca is well liked by the Independent Living residents and often brings a smile to their face. Marneca loves working with the residents, and she bridges the generation gap with compassion and understanding not often seen.

David LeConey, Food & Nutrition Director

Food & Nutrition Director

David started his career training with a local chef. He enjoys sharing his culinary experience with the F&B team just as much as he enjoys interacting with residents at Autumn Leaves. Being open to feedback and suggestions from residents helps him understand new ways to provide an enjoyable dining experience.

Glen Deal, Plant Operations and EVS Director

Plant Operations and EVS Director

Glenn has over 20 years’ experience in plant operations and environmental services. He has managed multiple properties simultaneously. Glenn has a passion for ensuring the residents, families and associates have a clean comfortable environment to live and work in. Glenn is also a Certified Nursing Assistant which lends to his passion for serving.

Yolanda Alvarez, Director of Admissions

Director of Admissions

Yolanda has 15 years of healthcare experience specializing in skilled nursing and rehabilitation and has been with the Autumn Leaves team for a year. Her passion is ensuring new residents have a smooth transition from the hospital to rehabilitation. She then follows up the resident after admission to ensure they are acclimating to the community.

Charles Sinclair, Plant Operations

Plant Operations

Charles moved to the United States from Jamaica in 2012. He has over 20 years’ experience in plant operations having worked at a college in Jamaica for 23 years and warehouse his first year in the U.S. Charles is enjoys repairing items for the residents to ensure they have a comfortable environment to live in.

Uzo Ikwueme, Director of Social Services

Director of Social Services

Uzo has been a nurse for 7 years. Growing up with her grandma, she learned a lot of things about life and was ultimately drawn to geriatrics so she could take care of seniors the way her grandma took care of her. She transitioned to social services to learn a different aspect of nursing such as care plans, Medicare, different types of insurance and what they offer and discharge processes.

Irene Jacobs, Assistant Director of Clinical Services

Assistant Director of Clinical Services

Irene has been a nurse since 2011 and spent 4 years at one of our sister facilities as charge nurse, supervisor and MDS nurse. She loves sweets, traveling and watching funny movies.

Esther Lawani, Assistant Director of Clinical Services

Assistant Director of Clinical Services

Esther brings 10 years of nursing experience to Autumn Leaves. She has been serving our community since 2010. Prior to assuming her current role, she was a charge nurse and supervisor at one of our sister facilities for 5 years. Esther enjoys shopping, going out to eat and making new friends. Esther’s greatest joy is her children.

Linda Jillson, Independent and Assisted Living Director

Independent and Assisted Living Director

Linda has been a nurse for 38 years and a member of the Autumn Leaves team for ten years. She started as a nurse in the Assisted Living and was promoted to Director in 2016. Linda has a background Dialysis, Hospitals, Oncology, Med-Surg and Cranio-Facial units.

Todd German, Director of Therapy Services

Director of Therapy Services

Todd German went to school in Michigan where he acquired his Occupational Therapy Degree. He has been a practicing therapist for over 6 years, most of which has been spent working alongside LCS.

Ally Beach, Marketing Liaison

Marketing Liaison

As the Marketing Liaison for Autumn Leaves' Healthcare, Ally brings 15 years of customer service and hospitality experience. She entered the healthcare field 5 years ago and enjoys her new career path serving the seniors of the community.

Yolanda Soto, Director of Clinical Services

Director of Clinical Services

Yolanda started her nursing career in 2008 at our sister facility, Walnut Place, serving in various roles. She transferred to Autumn Leaves in September 2016 and is passionate about her job and serving the elderly community. She is a graduate of North Texas Career Institute and Lamar State University.

Diane Dancer, Business Office Manager

Business Office Manager

Diane has over 17 years in the health industry and has been a member of Autumn Leaves team for 3 years. She has an Associate degree in Business and is a Certified Business Office Manager.

Anna Holt, Human Resources Director

Human Resources Director

As one of the newest members of the Autumn Leaves team, Anna is a native Texan and a graduate of Texas Christian University with a BA in Communication Studies and a minor in Spanish. While in college she also studied management. She enjoys reading, hiking in the San Juan mountains in southern Colorado, friends, music, movies, and sports.
