Meet our caring senior living staff:
Linda’s passion to work in rehabilitation started with her grandmother. Watching her regain her independence after rehabilitation was truly inspiring. It’s her goal to help seniors live long and healthy lives in an environment such as Autumn Leaves – a community that is full of fun and welcoming staff members.
Narinder’s healthcare career has spanned over three decades. But senior living has always been her passion. She makes it her personal responsibility to make sure residents have someone available, day or night, to talk to if they need anything. Her philosophy is that “engaging with residents is about actively listening and sharing in the decision-making process.”
Having firsthand experience helping her mother find the perfect Independent Living community and then later transitioning to Assisted Living, Carol has a unique perspective and can support resident’s and their family during this process. She enjoys helping seniors find their new home.
For JJ Grinstead, every admission at Autumn Leaves is a team effort. As one of the first faces residents meet when considering Autumn Leaves, he takes great pride in showcasing all the senior living community has to offer. He comes from a long line of nurses and caregivers, which provides him with the passion necessary to thrive in the senior industry for over 17 years. Watch JJ’s video bio.
Sara spends her time at Autumn Leaves having fun with the residents. She is living out her dream of bringing meaning to seniors’ lives, while giving them a sense of purpose. As a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Sara works to engage residents through the physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and social dimensions of life.
Bringing over 25 years of respiratory care experience and commitment to the Autumn Leaves community, Varughese Mathew focuses on providing excellent respiratory care services to our residents.
In his role, Mathew supports the navigation program. His focus is to ensure that residents have the care and support they need to prevent hospitalization after discharge. His advanced knowledge in medicine helps him better coordinate the needs of the residents and serve as their health and wellness advocate.
David started his career training with a local chef. He enjoys sharing his culinary experience with the F&B team just as much as he enjoys interacting with residents at Autumn Leaves. Being open to feedback and suggestions from residents helps him understand new ways to provide an enjoyable dining experience.
Frank oversees the maintenance and security for the community. Knowing that Autumn Leaves is the home of the residents, he makes it a priority to work closely with them and get their feedback on property updates and improvements.
Diane has over 17 years in the health industry and has been a member of Autumn Leaves team for 3 years. She has an Associate degree in Business and is a Certified Business Office Manager.
Araina has spent the past 16 years working in senior care. She is passionate about hiring good people who are kind, loving and an extension of family for residents. Her family history with senior living facilities allows her to empathize with families and residents in a way that most people cannot. She wears her heart on her sleeve and is proud to work with a great team.
Patricia has been a nurse for 8 years and a member of the Autumn Leaves team for 3 years. She is most proud of her son who serves in the United States Army. Patricia enjoys spending her time off with her family and friends.
Dora has worked in the senior living industry for several years and has discovered her true calling is to be a nurse helping seniors with their health and wellness goals. She is currently working on her Nursing of Science Degree. She is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and looks forward to being able to care for seniors as a nurse one day.
