Linda’s passion to work in rehabilitation started with her grandmother. Watching her regain her independence after rehabilitation was truly inspiring. It’s her goal to help seniors live long and healthy lives in an environment such as Autumn Leaves - a community that is full of fun and welcoming staff members.
Laura takes great pride in being part of a team that helps residents return home to their community. She values the time she spends with long-term care residents and is heavily involved with their plan of care, activities and special events. Spending more than five years in ICU before transitioning to long-term care has given Laura her passion for the residents at Autumn Leaves.
Mary has 20 years of experience in senior living. At Autumn Leaves, Mary most appreciates the friendly staff and the community’s longevity in the East Dallas area. And most of all, she loves working with seniors and their families.
For JJ Grinstead, every admission at Autumn Leaves is a team effort. As one of the first faces residents meet when considering Autumn Leaves, he takes great pride in showcasing all the senior living community has to offer. He comes from a long line of nurses and caregivers, which provides him with the passion necessary to thrive in the geriatric industry for over 17 years.
Sara spends her time at Autumn Leaves having fun with the residents. She is living out her dream of bringing meaning to seniors’ lives, while giving them a sense of purpose. As a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Sara works to engage residents through the physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and social dimensions of life.
Laura has worked in long-term nursing care for 35+ years. In senior living, she has held various roles including wound care, admissions and assistant director of nursing. As the Navigation Coordinator, she helps residents with discharge planning, often acting as a sounding board for families with no experience in skilled nursing. Laura enjoys learning from the residents and getting to know them.
Todd German went to school in Michigan where he acquired his Occupational Therapy Degree. He has been a practicing therapist for over 6 years, most of which has been spent working alongside LCS.
Bringing over 25 years of respiratory care experience and commitment to the Autumn Leaves community, Mathew focuses on providing excellent respiratory care services to our residents.
David started his career training with a local chef. He enjoys sharing his culinary experience with the F&B team just as much as he enjoys interacting with residents at Autumn Leaves. Being open to feedback and suggestions from residents helps him understand new ways to provide an enjoyable dining experience.
Diane has over 17 years in the health industry and has been a member of Autumn Leaves team for 3 years. She has an Associate degree in Business and is a Certified Business Office Manager.
Araina has spent the past 16 years working in senior care. She is passionate about hiring good people who are kind, loving and an extension of family for residents. Her family history with senior living facilities allows her to empathize with families and residents in a way that most people cannot. She wears her heart on her sleeve and is proud to work with a great team.
LaQuitta is one of the newest members of the Autumn Leaves team. In addition to Medical Records, LaQuitta also serves as the Central Supply clerk ensuring the nursing staff have the supplies needed to care for those entrusted to us. She is also a Certified Nurse’s Assistant which she says assist her role.
Glenn has over 20 years’ experience in plant operations and environmental services. He has managed multiple properties simultaneously. Glenn has a passion for ensuring the residents, families and associates have a clean comfortable environment to live and work in. Glenn is also a Certified Nursing Assistant which lends to his passion for serving.
Patricia has been a nurse for 8 years and a member of the Autumn Leaves team for 3 years. She is most proud of her son who serves in the United States Army. Patricia enjoys spending her time off with her family and friends.
