Meet our caring senior living staff:
Tom has an MBA from the University of Dallas and has more than 35 years’ experience in executive leadership in the senior living industry. He received the proud recipient of the AHCA/NCAL Silver Quality of Care Award in 2018. Having grown up in Denver, Colorado, Tom enjoys camping, hiking, hunting and fishing in his free time. He now lives in the Dallas area to be closer to his three grandchildren. Check out Tom’s video bio.
Narinder’s healthcare career has spanned over three decades. But senior living has always been her passion. She makes it her personal responsibility to make sure residents have someone available, day or night, to talk to if they need anything. Her philosophy is that “engaging with residents is about actively listening and sharing in the decision-making process.”
Having firsthand experience helping her mother find the perfect Independent Living community and then later transitioning to Assisted Living, Carol has a unique perspective and can support resident’s and their family during this process. She enjoys helping seniors find their new home. Check out Carol’s video bio.
Ellen serves as the initial contact for residents and families looking for skilling nursing services. She loves making sure families and residents feel right at home at Autumn leaves. Her knowledge of skilled nursing helps the families with all the questions they may have. Check out Ellen’s video bio.
After working in the medical equipment field and seeing the needs of seniors in the community, Roland felt challenged to make a difference in a different way and joined the senior living industry. As the Healthcare liaison, he works directly with families and guides them through the transition from the hospital to the rehab and then back to home.
Carrie has more than a decade of experience working in therapy. Having experienced a number of different settings, she found her true passion is working with the senior population. She and her expectational therapy team work hard to make sure that each resident accomplishes their highest level of function possible.
LaKeithia began caring for her mother and developed a passion for helping others at an early age. A career as a caregiver was a natural choice for her and she became a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her passion for making people happy and smile drove her to pivot and become a Life Enrichment Director. She enjoys planning engaging activities and designing programs that keep the residents active and stimulated.
In his role, Mathew supports the navigation program. His focus is to ensure that residents have the care and support they need to prevent hospitalization after discharge. His advanced knowledge in medicine helps him better coordinate the needs of the residents and serve as their health and wellness advocate.
David started his career training with a local chef. He enjoys sharing his culinary experience with the F&B team just as much as he enjoys interacting with residents at Autumn Leaves. Being open to feedback and suggestions from residents helps him understand new ways to provide an enjoyable dining experience.
Diane has over 17 years in the health industry and has been a member of Autumn Leaves team for 3 years. She has an Associate degree in Business and is a Certified Business Office Manager.
