Meet our caring senior living staff:

Tom Marks, Executive Director

Tom has an MBA from the University of Dallas and has more than 35 years’ experience in executive leadership in the senior living industry. He received the proud recipient of the AHCA/NCAL Silver Quality of Care Award in 2018. Having grown up in Denver, Colorado, Tom enjoys camping, hiking, hunting and fishing in his free time. He now lives in the Dallas area to be closer to his three grandchildren.

Narinder Deo, RN, BSN, MSN, Nursing Director

Narinder Deo Nursing Director at Autumn LeavesNarinder’s healthcare career has spanned over three decades. But senior living has always been her passion. She makes it her personal responsibility to make sure residents have someone available, day or night, to talk to if they need anything. Her philosophy is that “engaging with residents is about actively listening and sharing in the decision-making process.”

Carol Bruno, Community Relations Director

Carol Bruno at Autumn LeavesHaving firsthand experience helping her mother find the perfect Independent Living community and then later transitioning to Assisted Living, Carol has a unique perspective and can support resident’s and their family during this process. She enjoys helping seniors find their new home.


Mathew Kuruvilla, MD, MBA, Director Resident Services

Mathew Kuruvilla at Autumn LeavesIn his role, Mathew supports the navigation program. His focus is to ensure that residents have the care and support they need to prevent hospitalization after discharge. His advanced knowledge in medicine helps him better coordinate the needs of the residents and serve as their health and wellness advocate.


David LeConey, Food & Nutrition Director

David Autumn LeavesDavid started his career training with a local chef. He enjoys sharing his culinary experience with the F&B team just as much as he enjoys interacting with residents at Autumn Leaves. Being open to feedback and suggestions from residents helps him understand new ways to provide an enjoyable dining experience.


Diane Dancer, Business Office Manager

Diane Dancer Autumn LeavesDiane has over 17 years in the health industry and has been a member of Autumn Leaves team for 3 years. She has an Associate degree in Business and is a Certified Business Office Manager.





Dora Perez, Medical Records/Central Supply Coordinator

Dora Perez Autumn LeavesDora has worked in the senior living industry for several years and has discovered her true calling is to be a nurse helping seniors with their health and wellness goals. She is currently working on her Nursing of Science Degree. She is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and looks forward to being able to care for seniors as a nurse one day.
